Which option is better — wrapping or replacement?

It depends on your budget and goals:

• Wrapping is ideal if you want a fresh look at a lower cost.

• Replacement is best if your cupboards or worktops are damaged, outdated in style, or if you want a higher-end finish with new doors, décor panels, trims, and appliances.

Many customers choose a combination, replacing damaged doors and worktops while wrapping panels or splashbacks to balance cost and design.

How long does each option take?

• Wrapping: Typically 2–3 days depending on kitchen size.

• Replacement: Normally 1–2 days as doors and worktops are pre-made to fit.

Replacement is often quicker overall because there’s less on-site preparation compared to full wrapping.

How much does it cost to replace doors compared to wrapping them?

• Wrapping is usually around one-third of the cost of replacing your kitchen entirely.

• Door and worktop replacement is more expensive than wrapping but still significantly cheaper than a full kitchen re-fit.

Can you replace décor panels, trims and plinths too?

Do I need to empty my cupboards before replacement or wrapping?

• For wrapping doors only: No need to empty cupboards.

• For door replacement: We recommend clearing the top shelves of units we’ll be working on, especially near hinges.

• For worktops: Please clear work surfaces and the under-sink cupboard if plumbing work is involved.

Which option looks more like a new kitchen?

Both wrapping and replacement create a “new kitchen” look, but:
